Let’s get your colleagues onto the platform!
You can get your team have access to your own CMP instance. In order to do that you will need to invite users and request them to join. Only the Account Admin may invite other users to the platform.
If you are already an Admin, please follow the steps below to add users to the CMP:
- Click on your user icon at the top right corner of your instance
- Select “Users” from the drop down menu
- On the users page invite new users via email in the box below
- After you have successfully sent the invitation the invited user will receive an email notification to join as shown below
- Upon selecting "Join your team" as shown in the image above the user will be redirected to the Sign-Up page
- On the sign-up page fill out all the required information above and hit "Get Started"
- Next simply click on "Accept Invitation" to join the CMP instance
